Bible Quiz

Last night I found out that I made the Awana Bible Quiz team! I don't know too much about it yet, but I need to go to practices on Sunday afternoons until the quiz. I know it's a competition where you have to know lots of Bible verses by heart and other Bible trivia, too. I am excited! I would like to invite all of you to come watch the quiz on Saturday, April 26th at Camarillo Community Church. It's at 1322 Las Posas Rd. in Camarillo. I don't know what time it's at yet, but I'll post it as soon as I get the information.

By the way, my frog is doing good. I just put him on his tree branch, and he is so cute when he sits there! Tonight he will get some yummy fresh crickets for dinner.

Also, my small group leader in Juniors, Mr. Callaway, is coming for dinner tonight. It should be a lot of fun!

My Dad's birthday

Happy birthday to Dad! Last Monday was Dad's birthday. Mom took him to a place called MB2. MB2 is a indoor go-cart racing. Not like Mountaisia. Way faster. We had to go to Grandma Lorrie and Papa Dan's house. We had fun though. Luke's birthday is next.

Picture of Hopper

Here is a picture of my new frog Hopper. Isn't he cute??? He seems to be very happy in his habitat. I clean his cage, change his water, and mist inside every day. Today I will be getting him some fresh crickets to eat. He even took a swim in his pond today.

No tadpole, but a tree frog...

I am sorry to say that my tadpole has died!!! Too bad. But Mom felt sorry for me and took me to the pet store. There I got a tree frog! He has the same name as the tadpole, "Hopper". This time, he actually hops around. He is just a baby and is green. He will grow to be about 2 inches long. He likes to hang out on the side in the back of the tank. He has to have 8 crickets to eat two-three times a week. Mmmm.....We brought some home tonight for him, but they are bobbing around in the water and he doesn't want to eat them yet. I am going to miss the whole metamorphisis from tadpole to frog, but that is OK! Going straight to a frog is fun!
